My opinion about ” Working for free ”:

I think we can have free internships in Taiwan. Most of students' financial situation are enough to support them to do unpaid intern, so it would not cause the financial burden.

I think it is possible to give students the opportunity to learn during the winter and summer vacations, but I don't think there should be a special channel. I hope students can apply on the Internet through job application platforms.

However, I still hope to get a salary, because there is something to do for the company. Even if studying, there should be equal pay, and a reward system can be set up. Students will be more willing to work hard. This is good for the company and students.
